iTuner
after converting a couple of MP4 music files, they will play on my MP3 player but there is NO Sound, can anybody help? I have the exact same experience. Most of my library is in m4p format. Looking closely at the supported formats it seems that m4p is not one of them, if you choose 'remove unsupported formats' in switch then all the m4p files are removed. Strange it should convert them though! Are there any plan to include m4p format into switch? Will switch plus convert m4p? I dont mind paying if it works well and maintains quality. Guest nchaj
The .m4p extension is from Apple's Music Store (iTune) and are protected by a Digital Rights Management. you should be able to convert .aac files however and if your having troubles converting these to MP3 download this component and try again http://www.nch.com.au/components/mac/mp3el
