No Files Loading

Hi

 

I use Express Scribe for my living and I need to get back in business quickly.

 

I had to get new computer after my motherboard was fried by lightening yesterday. Windows Vista operating system is loaded onto my HP Pavilion. Files are not downloading into Express Scribe v4.22. I have checked marked all files under Settings.

 

Please advise as to how I can get up and running quickly by downloading files into Scribe. I'm at a loss here.
