DebbieB
I recently had a bad virus and ended up having to restore my computer back to its original state. I had had it set up to automatically download any mp3 etc files to Express Scribe. I have tried using the Automatic Settings to do just that but it is not working. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Thank you!
surfdog1958
You can try uninstalling Express Scribe, restarting your computer, and then reinstalling Express Scribe. You will then have to reconfigure the software for the FTP server your files are downloaded from, so make sure to note the server name and password for the remote server before uninstalling Express Scribe.
