Express Scribe won't play WMA files

I read some other threads and it seems like some other users have had this problem, too, but there weren't any solutions that worked for me. I'm running XP and have Windows Media Player 11 and Express Scribe 4.22. When I load any WMA file, there are no errors but nothing happens when I click the play button. The same file plays perfectly in Media Player. On another computer with the same setup, though, I do not have the same problem. Are there any suggestions?
