Infinity Foot Pedal

Hi,

When I attempt to run the Foot Pedal Control Startup Wizard in the VEC Infinity USB pedals port, a message comes on the screen saying I need to install the component vecusb to connect to the pedal. I downloaded it, and it appears on my desktop, but when I click on it, it says "Component VEC Infinity Foot Pedal Driver has been installed."

 

I'm able to play my file off the Express Scribe box, but the foot pedal seems to not be communicating with the Express Scribe application.

 

I'm using Vista home premium.
