Krass Posted June 10, 2008 Share Posted June 10, 2008 The IVM is connected to a VoIP PBX GW. It registres OK and it is possible to make and recieve calls, but when trying to Tranfer a call to another Extension within the PBX I recieve the Error: Other side said: Service unavailable. The PBX supports REFER and the same PBX supports Transfer in SJ SoftPhone, X-Lite SoftPhone, AudioCodes Mediagateway and SIPURA ... I made at little test with a Transfer i Talk SoftPhone ... It acts the same way as the IVM ... I've compared traces of SJ SoftPhone, AudioCodes and IVM. It seem like there is a diffrence in the UDP port, where the other two uses random ports but IVM uses port 5060 (same as the PBX TCP port) Hope to find a solution soon ....
