Playback Skipping

Hi. I am pretty new to Express Scribe and use it very basically so I generally don't encounter any problems. However, whenever I playback any dictations sent to me and recorded by Express Dictate, the playback periodically skips some words and the final couple of seconds of the dictation freeze my computer up momentarily. I know that this has been posted before but there was never any answers on the discussion board.

 

 

Please let me know if someone has a solution or if this is a problem being caused by recording through Express Dictate. I operate both through Mac OS X. Thanks
