acv95 Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 Newbie Here... I've being trying for some days to create a special log with the numbers entered by the caller. I'm using Key Entry instead of Data Entry in the OGM because I have different options to go to and data entry allows me to go only to one specific OGM. So, how would I go about creating a special log using Key Entry? If I have "No response" for # in some of my OGMs, does that have anything to do with the problem?
