How to setup wave pad for internal recording

Ok i know that wavepad when you install it it's automatically setup for internal use but i quess i pressed something wrong and it only let's me do external recording now with my mic.

try this

press record,ok the new file if the settings are correct.

then select your soundcard in the drop down menu.
