Get some information from user, do some process, play another avi file depend on result

Hi all,

I want to know if it is possible to

1. get some information from user like postal code end by #, then
   
2. run another application or web page or even just write this code into a simple file, do some process in that application and then
   
3. play another audio file depend on the process result (I mean it has been done successfully or not).
   

Please let me know which steps can be done and how?

Hi,

I find it! It is one of the examples provided in examples (Credit Card Account Payment Example.) Just I should add a plugin and do some modification.
