Does anyone know if WavePad (free or pay; or Masters edition for that matter) can bookmark the beginning and end of silence (not true silence, but when someone is not speaking; up to a ceratin DB level, let's say -20dB) on an audio file without the need of the user physically making the bookmarks themselves?

 

If it is possible, but using another type of marker (ie Cue) within any of these programs, I'd like to know as well.
