WMA file will not show as a file that you can add

hi, I am a new switch user

 

I am operating on a MacOsX, using the free Switch Sound Format Converter, and I want to transform a wma file to mp3 so that i can play this in my itunes.

When I click on Add files - I find the file in my downloads but it is in the pale light grey (greyed out) which makes it so I cannot click on it... any suggestions...

What works is clicking on the folder those files are in, switch will convert all the WMA files to MP3 in that folder. I had the same problem and discovered this way of doing it by accident.
