CD DRIVE NOT DETECTED

Program has been working fine. Now when I attempt to load any files from CD from within the application the application will say the CD ROM is not available.

 

I know this not to be true as the CD-Drives both show up fine under Windows and work fine with any application but this one.

 

I have unistalled and reinstalled the application and also done a system restore to a previous date and still have the issue.

 

Need help on this right away. Saw another post where a user had the same problem but never received any help........

Are you attempting to load an audio CD or a data CD which contains audio files? The "Load Audio CD Track(s)" menu item is only to be used for audio CDs. If you wish to load audio files (i.e. files that have a .mp3, .wma, .dct or similar) then you need to use the "Load Dictation Files" menu item.
