Retaining Folder Structure

Is there a way to have Switch convert the existing files into a duplicate folder structure, retaining the Artist / Album heirarchy?

You could copy the entire folder structure (with all the audio files), and then let Switch go through this copied structure using the "Output to same folder as source files" option. Then all you would need to do is delete the original audio files from the copied folder structure (which could be done via a Windows Search).
