Converting to new directory and retaining same folder structure

I am looking to convert music files on my backup drive:

 

/Volumes/BACKUP/Users/justin pinkus/Music/iTunes

 

 

To any other folder (preferably to one on my computers hard drive) and retaining the same file structure...

 

Here are some examples of my file structure:

/Volumes/BACKUP/Users/justin pinkus/Music/iTunes/2 Pac

/Volumes/BACKUP/Users/justin pinkus/Music/iTunes/50 Cent

 

Some go additional folder levels:

/Volumes/BACKUP/Users/justin pinkus/Music/iTunes/Alice In Chains/Music Bank

/Volumes/BACKUP/Users/justin pinkus/Music/iTunes/Big Daddy Kane/25th Hour Soundtrack

 

 

So to make it easy how would I convert all files from here:

/Volumes/BACKUP/Users/justin pinkus/Music/iTunes

 

to here:

/Volumes/BACKUP/Users/justin pinkus/Music/CONVERTED

 

and keeping all files organized in its folders and subfolders?
