crimson Posted January 10, 2008 Share Posted January 10, 2008 Just re-sampled ~300GB of 320CBR MP3's to 128CBR MP3. (one week batch process!) The conversion did NOT preserve the album art! I personally believe audio files should remain audio files, if you want art then simply stick an image in the same directory as your audio. crimson Posted January 12, 2008 Author Share Posted January 12, 2008 Encapsulated picture support has been available in ID3v2 for many years. I have spent 100's of hours properly tagging a library of ~4500 albums. Audio Tagging is described in the Swift documentation and I was led to believe that ID3v2 was supported when tag data exceeded the capasity of ID3v1. I can afford having spent a few dollars on a software I'm not likely to use anymore, but I'm mad having wasted my time on it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
