Windows Server 2003 - Unable to Convert

I had Switch (free version) working.

I was calling the command prompt from some code to convert .au to .mp3. It was working.

When the trial expired, I purchased Switch Plus.

Ever since then, I have not been able to get it to work from the command prompt. I got frustrated and removed the switch program, downloaded it again and paid for Switch Plus again (in the foolish hope that I had made an error before which I wouldn't make again).

Now when I try to convert .au to .mp3 from the command line nothing happens.

When I try to do it from the GUI I get Extended Information which reads "The creation of the output file failed". When I look at the details it says that either I don't have permission to write to the output folder (But I do have permission) OR I don't have the necessary plugins. But I have exactly the same plugins as I had when the software was working.

Is there something else I am not thinking of?

Please help!
