Giacomo
I have been recording drama from the BBC radio web site with Sound Tap successfully for a few months. However now that they have revamped their site, as soon as I select a drama, and despite the audio appearing loud and clear on my speakers, Sound Tap displays "Streaming has Stopped". Then, even after pressing RECORD, no file is created and nothing is recorded. Any way around this?
allyballyb
I have been recording drama from the BBC radio web site with Sound Tap successfully for a few months. However now that they have revamped their site, as soon as I select a drama, and despite the audio appearing loud and clear on my speakers, Sound Tap displays "Streaming has Stopped". Then, even after pressing RECORD, no file is created and nothing is recorded. Any way around this? I'm surprised nobody else has responded to this topic in over a month. The BBC iPlayer site (from www.bbc.co.uk/radio2 for example) is a major source of content and has hundreds of thousands of listeners each day. Yet when you start recording mode in Sound Tap it simply says 'Record Mode is on' but nothing is downloaded. Why is this important? Because the BBC is signing deals with content owners all around the world to sell them their iPlayer. Today Brits can't record their streams; tomorrow it will be you. Please help!!
