Cant install Switch Plus trial

Hi,

I am trying to trial the Switch Plus before buying as I want to see if it can convert VOR or ACT audio files to MP3.

 

I keep getting the message that the trial period has expired?

 

As I only downloaded the Plus version today and got the trial period has expired message while installing - I am confused.

 

Also is there no way to contact the company to get answers until you purchase???

Well I am back again, so I downloaded on another PC and I can't see anything with the Pro that I didn't have in the non pro - except that I can't get it to convert ACT files to Mp3 - so I have posted a help message
