SwitchPlus hangs when converting

while batch converting *.m4v files to *.mp3, program will start converting, then hang with "AACDEC.EXE has encountered a problem". I close this and then get msg "The procedure entry point SymSetSymWithAddr64 could not be located in the dynamic link library DBHHELP.dll"

I've installed the latest aacdec.exe with no better results. I close out the trouble screens and it will go back to converting, but after 1 or 2 conversions - the same screens appear.

Any ideas?
