Reconciliation out of balance

Hello.  When I try to do a reconciliation it is showing out of balance.  In April of 2024 I had $366.94 of withdrawals an no deposits.  I reconciled it, got a good report showing no out of balance but now when I try to do a current reconciliation I am out of balance for exactly the -$366.94.  My current balance in my checking account matches the balance Express Accounts.  How can I correct this, I cannot do a roll back and I do not know what went wrong.  Can anybody help?
