Is there a maximum number of files and Directories it can traverse

Wondering what the limitations are for Doxillion as to the number of files and directories it can traverse while converting documents to PDF, we have over 90,000 documents of different file types across 24,000 folders.

As well can the software output the results to a different root folder while maintaining the structure of the subfolders. After conversion the files need to  stay within the same folder structure.
