The purchased files may contain DRM, which means you'll be unable to convert them to another format. You can check for DRM protection (on a Windows machine) by loading the file into Windows Media Player and then looking under the license tab in the file's Properties; when the content is protected there will be a message to this effect. If they don't contain DRM then everything should be okay!

Thanks for your advice.So how do i convert a WMA file containing DRM to MP3?
