dastewart1971
Hi everyone I'm trying to use Switch (free version) to convert about 700 wma files to mp3 for use in iTunes on my new Mac. It's great, but I notice all the converted mp3s have a track number of ZERO. The original wma files all have the correct track numbers on the ID tags. I'm using the PC version of the software, because the Mac version didn't convert ANY of the ID tags at all! What am I doing wrong? When I import the mp3s into iTunes, the track order of the albums is screwed up because there are no track numbers. Thanks Anthony
smeehrrr
No response on this? I'm having the same problem, and it's the only thing stopping Switch from being a slam dunk for me.
Mike H123
I have the same problem! I am trying to add meta tags (performer, album title) to a few hundred mp3's. Sometimes if I do a single one, it works. but not by batch. the whole reason I bought the Switch upgrade was to have this feature. :-( I have a Mac OSX 10.4. Any help appreciated! or reference to free or cheap software that can actually do this. Thanks.
Mike H123
Turns out iTunes does it just fine. I'm going to see if I can get my license fee back from Switch.
