Guest DonF Posted November 19, 2007 Share Posted November 19, 2007 Like many others, I purchased Switch (1.29) after trying the trial version and it simply does not work now. I did not purchase the service agreement, and activated the product so I have no recourse and am out my money according to the terms of sale. This forum has been open to listen to users, but they cannot seem to get the message to the company (and no user appears to get any messages to the company either).
