delineating regions

When regions are put together, the final result just seems to be one long wave file, without showing where each region begins and ends. Is there a way to do this so that I can remove a certain region if needed. I record a daily radio program and sometimes need to take a region at the last minute and insert another.

Have a look at MixPad, you're able to put multiple tracks together in succession and easily change a particular region.
