tyroprate
Hi. I am a new Switch user, and I have encountered a frustrating problem. I recently converted about 100 FLAC files to MP3 using Switch and about 10 of the tracks have incorrect track lengths. The track is actually, say, 3:46 but it reads as 22:38. This doesn't present a problem during playback, but when you try to burn the resulting MP3s to an audio CD, the burning software tells you that there isn't enough time on the CD. (Also, I'm really, really anal about my music and it kind of makes me crazy.) My first thought was that it was incorrect tag information in the FLAC files, but they displayed the correct times before conversion. Is there any way to correct this on the already converted files and prevent it in the future? (I have already deleted the FLAC files. I know, that was stupid.) Guest NCHDA
Are the mp3 files encoded with variable bit rate? Do the files display the correct time if you convert to another type? Test with one of the files converting to wave
Guest nchto
If it's just blank audio, you can use WavePad to remove this.
