hrtf
I was using Switch to convert a FLAC file I had to MP3. When I analyzed the resulting MP3 file with MP3Gain, it told me it was MPEG-1 Layer 1, not Layer 3. Even when I tell MP3Gain to ignore the fact it thinks it's an MP1 file, it tells me that there's not enough samples in the file to do an analysis. Is there a chance that Switch converted that particular FLAC file to MP1? When I took that MP3 file in question, renamed it with a .mp1 extension, and tried converting that with Switch to MP3, MP3Gain recognized that resulting MP3 file as an MP3. I have not had that problem with other FLAC files that I converted to MP3 with Switch. MP3Gain recognized those as MP3.
