Can't make calls out

I am using express talk with axon and when the stun box is checked in axon options menu i can not call out in express talk, i can receive calls fine. When i uncheck stun in axon i can make calls out but when calls come in i can not hear the calling party but they can hear me. I have opened the suggested ports on my linksys router, what am i missing.
