barmash
Why is it that when I try and convert M4a (and yes, I am certain they are not M4p files with the Drm) to Mp3 it just gives me an error and says to check the website for troubleshooting? There was another post on this with no answers about a month ago, someone help! THis is annoying!
Guest nchto
Ensure that you have installed the appropriate aacdec component available from www.nch.com.au/components. What is the exact error you are receiving?
barmash
Ensure that you have installed the appropriate aacdec component available from www.nch.com.au/components. What is the exact error you are receiving? The Error is: Conversion of the file C:/directory/m4a/spoon/Elegant.m4a has failed. Please see Http://www.nch.com.au/acm/support.html for possible answers to this problem. There arent any. I tried to install the aac sound components but after I double click on them nothing happens.
