going from dds to ipod to cds

Recommended Posts

Howdy,

I am new at this . I'm try to convert a digital recording (Olympus DDS) to itunes.(which I can do without switch). My next step is to make a cd from I tunes. If I convert to mp3 or wav and drag them into itunes to a playlist, the playlist shows a message that the playlist is empty when I go to burn the cd.

So is it possible to make a cd from my digital recorder. Perhaps I should be converting the slections into another form. Help.

Thanks, Ellie

What operating system are you using? If Windows, you can simply use Express Burn to create the audio CDs without having to go through iTunes.

I'm still a little confused with what you're trying to do.

Howdy,

I'm using os 10. I am trying down load a music lesson on to a cd using my my ibook. Where do I get express burn. Can I use it right off of the dss player?

I haven't tried the ipod to see if I can listen to the down load from the dss. I was too interested in burning the cd.

thanks for any help.
