smgrisw Posted September 27, 2007 Share Posted September 27, 2007 All, I use Switch Plus to convert .MSV (sony) files to .WAV. The program works fine when logged directly into the computer, but fials with a message saying the specific codec is not installed. Does anyone know why this takes place and how to fix it?
