Fails: Registering Callcentric Account

Hi

I am trying to setup the IVM Answering Attendant VOIP application to receive calls from a Callcentric acoount.

I entered correct username, password, and callcentric's SIP server but receive error messages about Incorrect Authentication when registering the number.

 

The Express Talk phone registers itself correctly in 100% cases with the same settings.

 

What can be the reason?

Please double check your account information and password. If you are positive it is correct, make sure "use authentication username" is off.

 

I have had a CallCentric account in the past, and apart from the bad audio quality and delays (why I canceled the service), I did not experience any other problems using it with IVM or Axon.
