wavepad compatability?

Hi All,

 

i recently installed the wavepad onto one of my citrix servers as a replacement for an old audio converter which wasnt really up to the job anymore.

 

the install went as sweet as it could of, but whenever i try to open the audio files and play them through the citrix environment i get a pop up saying the audio output is not set correctly, please go to tools, then options and set this, when i go to tools and then options there is nothing to select other than default audio device.

 

Help please!!!
