Kathy D
I have some old path names to files that I no longer use but they show up in the Load Dictation File Window when I click on the arrow. Is there some way to delete these so that only the files I am currently will using will be shown there? Kathy

Kathy You can't remove them from the Load Dictation File Window... you have to remove them from the folder itself. For instance, if you use a working folder for new dictations, once you are done transcribing them in ExpressScribe--and assuming you don't want to delete them from your hard drive altogether--create a new folder on your hard drive called "Files Completed" or "Archive" and move them into that.
