DrSchlock
Hello, I downloaded Switch, ran the installer, and attempted to convert some .flac files. After encountering several problems, I've decided that this software is simply too buggy, and I've given up on it. So, I would like to COMPLETELY delete/uninstall it from my Mac. Does anyone know how? Simply deleting the Switch program from my Applications folder will still leave all sorts of support/preferences files behind. Thanks. P.S. I was really looking forward to using Switch, but it just does NOT work. I downloaded the flacdec and placed the binary in the proper folder, yet whenever I attempt to convert a .flac file, the resulting .wav file is only 1kb, and a red X appears next to the file name in Switch. Very frustrating!
Guest nchdc
Hi, the red X means it hasn't worked, but I'm pretty sure you'd figured that out. The left over preferences are in a hidden file called switch.plist, a search should find it Through the command terminal 'locate switch' should show any other files/folders remaining.
