Hi I am a NewOldbie (60) I am a little better than a novice! maybe intermediate?I could not find a relative Topic for my Problem! I have Dell 2.4 g 512Mb on Adsl B-Band with Windows XP 2 and it is my Hobby since retiring 5 years ago (I love my Computor My wife hates it)

Can anyone tell me if' and how I do the following:

1] Save my Local Radio Station (s ) URL's (I have 4 favotites) in a Playlist? or whatever so I can connect and listen to them direct from Media Player

2] Record or Save a complete Talkback Progam say 4 hours that in Media Player?

3] Put that on my Sansdisk Later for travelling?

I do have Audacity the free Recording Program, and have tried to recvorsd live radio to it but no go

I would be gratfull for any help thanks in anticipation Guys Dasha :(

What you're after is SoundTap to record your streaming radio. You can then copy the saved mp3's to your Sansdisk.

As for the playlist, simply make a new text document, enter your 4 URLs each on a different line, and then save the text file. Now simply rename the extension from .txt to .m3u. Alternatively Media Player should have its own save playlist feature which you could use.
