ayanam Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 I just download Switch so that I can convert my window media audio file to an mp3. However, once I add my file to Switch and press convert, I get a prompt that states "switch canot install on demand component of mp3el.exe". I'm asked to manually install this component from the website which I did. My computer says that mp3el.exe is succesfully installed BUT I still get the same prompt from Switch when I try to convert my music. I even restarted my computer. Is there another step I should take?
