christinc21 Posted July 12, 2007 Share Posted July 12, 2007 I have tried everything from updating WM Player and Real Player to Changing the Encoder Settings, and file name. I can add the RM file and click convert and a window comes up and says "Decoding Real Audio" then it says "Converting File 1 of 1 Please Wait". Once completed I play the MP3 file and it plays for about 5-6 seconds and then goes to static. No matter what I try it is the same everytime. I would like to purchase the Plus version once I get this one working. I purchased from boilsoft and never got it to work nor got anyone to answer my e-mails or refund my money.
