TalkFan
Hello all, I am trying to use switch v1.13 to convert .wma files to .mp3 on a mac (ppc) running osx 10.4.9. When I click convert i get an error message asking me to install a windows executable file? Here is the message. "Switch cannot install the required install-on-demand component "mp3el". Please open the link http://www.nch.com.au/components/mp3el.exe to install in manually." Any one have a clue what may be going on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ccg
What has happened to support for converting .aac and .m4a files in Switch v1.13 files? There was support in v1.05, but the encoder always crashed.

Guest nchto
Please read the documentation before asking for help! As quoted on that page you have listed yourself: All components except the Flip4Mac plugin should be placed into your /Library/Application Support/NCH Swift Sound/Components folder. Flip4Mac should be installed by following the instructions on the given website link.
