fancygirlie
Hi everyone, I have just downloaded Switch and whilst this was a quick and easy procedure, as was converting my m4a files into mp3s, I am having difficulty in hearing the mp3s. They are recognized by iTunes and Quicktime and are played, but there is no sound output. Is anyone else having the same probelsm and can you sugest what I can do to solve it? I'm using a MacBook with Tiger. Many thanks
mauricev
I see the problem as well. I guess there's a bug.
Guest nchto
Are you using Switch for Mac? If possible could you please send us a sample file where this occurs so that we're able to test it here? Please send a small sample to <snip>.
Guest nchto
The file you sent me was a m4p file, which if you read www.nch.com.au/acm/support.html#ITUNES is protected by a Digital Rights Management scheme and hence is not convertible, which is why the output file is empty. Even if you are authorised to play the file, you will need to initially convert it to an unprotected format before you're able to use Switch.
