I do not know how this happened and I purchased the TRX Recorder and Wavepad Bundle 4/7/2005 and have not had any problems with using the Recorder but after using it for over a year, suddenly, WavePad gives the error that it is not registered and I cannot locate the License Number. I have the Invoice and Receipt of Purchase, but it does not have the License Serial Numbers. I also purchased a 1 x Silver Technical Support Service, but never needed to use it until now and it has expired. Any suggestions? Thank you for any advice.
