i am a small buisness interested in phone software but i need to know if ivm has the opion of forwarding calls out of the office after a certain selection has been made in the call attendant help is appreciated

Yes it can. I find its much easier to get the forward feature working when you have voip lines hooked up but people have still gotten regular voicemodem / landlines to forward properly as well. You may need to adjust a couple of settings based on your service provider and how the process of forwarding calls is initiated, after that.. it's just a case of setting an OGM to forward the call when a certain button is pressed etc.
