scott.pa
Using a digital tape recorder I recorded a meeting (with everyone's permisson) and downloaded it to my Mac. I have it in both .wav and .wma formt. I just downloaded the Swtich trial version and want to convert the file to a version that can be played on the CD player on our boom box. This is an older (4 years) boom box/cd player so I am unsure which format to use. I tried .mp3, .wav and .au, none worked. I would appreciate any and all suggestions! Thanks, Scott
Guest nchto
You'll need to burn the CD as an Audio CD. It is a special kind of CD and is different to the normal Data CD which stores audio as files. Audio CDs store the audio directly on the CD (it doesn't use a file format). This will work in your standalone CD player. If you were using Windows you could use Express Burn to create this CD.
