Carousel useless ???

Hi i build a little VOIP network with IVM as my aswering attendant, plus AXON pbx... But I wanted to link my pstn line to my network.

 

So i got a eicon analog-4p card and the nch Carousel software to link PSTN to my VOIP sip network... But using the software gateway I canot see any where to remove echo or convert the signal to a 2 pair cable... Because of that I hear echo on my sip phone of course the exterior pstn phone hear OK.

 

So why come up with this cool gateway system but with no option to convert the signal to a VOIP network ?? Does I'm missing something here ?? because there is no option for that in my eicon configuration manager for my card...
