Copying ES audio files to a CD

I'm trying to copy an audio file from my Express Scribe to my hard drive in order to copy the file to a CD. Somebody has requested a copy of the audio file and I only downloaded it to Express Scribe. We use Roxio CD Creator and as far as we can tell, it's not compatible but I feel there must be a way to do this.

Right-click in Express Scribe and go "Save As..." which will save it as a .dct file. Then simply use Switch to convert this to whatever format you require, and then use Express Burn to burn it to your CD.
