Need opinion on what works with Express Scribe

Hello-

 

I would very much appreciate any and all help here!

 

I am trying to start a business from home where a person (or people) can call, or conference in -

 

I can then talk to them - AND I can record this call and be able to save the file, download from a secure site,

 

and then be able to download it to transcribe it. Then be able to upload to a secure site.

 

It looks like Dial-Dictate would work, but is so expensive because I am just a single user.

 

I don't really want to tie up home phone line - could get another one.

 

I need to have a quality recording with good transcription control and safe upload and download.

 

I wonder if anyone on this forum would have knowledge of any expensive way to do this?
