Outbound Dialing not going through

Hi,

 

I have verified my phone line is connected to the system and I can get dial tones from other applications. When I try to place an Outbound Call I get:

 

23:11:06 Making outbound call to 91(theNumber)

23:11:11 Outbound call [91(theNumber)] dialing complete

23:11:11 Outbound call 91(theNumber) not answered

23:11:11 Call disconnected

 

So right when it trys to dial it says not answered. Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

Btw, It does this to every number not just this number.

Dear Chris,

I am assuming that you dial 9 1 and then the number... OK,,, when you dial as a human, there is probably a small pause that you do either when calling the 9 or the 1 while you are waiting for the outbound line. If you put in a comma, this will give you a half second pause. If needed, try putting in several commas. Let me know if this works..
