I plug my mixer into it (the mixer has a usb interface) & try to record but no matter what I do (even turning off my external mic & speakers) it still keeps picking up external sound. I am trying to get our voices to run through my mixer & into my laptop so that I can record our music & singing/voices. The mixer I bought says it will do that but if I just spent $80 on software that I can't use for this purpose because there is no way to talk to a representative then I will be upset.
