d33pa Posted April 12, 2006 Share Posted April 12, 2006 I am trying to get any type of ringing or audio when a caller is transferred to an internal or external phone number, it just transfers with no signals or ringing and the caller thinks that the system has hung up.. in reality it is indeed transferring to another extension or line. please help. My setup is as follows: call comes through axon via SIP account (VOIP), then IVM answers with call attendant on line 198, in dial options, caller presses one to transfer to ext101, IVM shows the call is transferred blind (even though i have confirmed transfer selected) and then disconnects, the call is successfully transferred.. but i need the caller to hear some kind of ringing so they know the call is active and not dead.
